Ryan Shaw

Ryan focuses his practice primarily on real estate matters, advising clients on transactions such as purchases, sales, mortgages, and leases. In addition to his real estate work, Ryan often assists clients with corporate transactions and bankruptcy matters. Before joining Conroy Baran, Ryan spent over 15 years working as a commercial litigator in Kansas and Missouri within the Business Litigation, Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights, and Real Estate practice groups of a number of national law firms. Ryan takes a pragmatic and efficient approach, leveraging his experience representing lenders, title companies, and real estate owners to guide clients in making decisions that positively influence their business goals.
